Admissions

Threemilestone School is maintained by Cornwall Council and all admissions are managed by the Admissions Team at Cornwall Council.  We advise all parents to contact Cornwall Council to discuss the admission arrangements for our school.  Their telephone number is 0300 1234100.  Their admission's policy and oversubscription criteria can be found on the Cornwall Council website.
We are full in a number of our year groups.  There is an appeals procedure which can be followed, which is also available on the Cornwall Council website; www.cornwall.gov.uk/admissions
We are very happy for parents to visit the school to discuss your requirements.  Please talk to one of the office team to make an appointment to view the school.

A note to parents who are considering applying for a place at Threemilestone School; this is our induction policy, we always operate a period of induction to ensure that the children are introduced to the school in a gradual, nuturing way.  Although the groups may be different, this is indicative of the process which we operate.  This means that some children are not full time until the middle of the third week back in the Autumn Term.  This will have child care implications and we aim to ensure that parents are aware of this when they are making their choice of school for their child.  Most schools in the local area will operate some form of graduated start for the children.
